Effective March 30, 2009, all bulk mailings which exceed the weight capacity of the permit holder’s office, will be required to transport mailings to Southeastern BMEU or Philadelphia BMEU for proper acceptance and verification. Prior to presenting mail for acceptance, mailers must make an appointment.
